It is important to our kitchen staff that we have reliable information on how many people are going to be attending a Lodge function in order to place their orders early in the week.

We gather our information through pre-registration. It costs four dollars more to attend a weekend if you do not pre-register, and you will likely be eating dogs and beans for every meal. You have two choices for pre-registering. You can call the Council Office at (800) 801-4430, or you can save yourself the trouble and fill out this form to pre-register via the web.

The price for events is usually $12 ($16 for late registration). Service weekend is free, but the cooks still must know the number of people.

Simply fill out the form below.

Please enter each person separately. The cook often only looks at the total number of entries, and not the names (too closely).

Directions to Camp Melakwa: Proceed from Eugene-Springfield on Hwy 126. Go through McKenzie Bridge and past the turnoff for McKenzie Pass Scenic Route. About two miles past this turnoff (between mileposts 18 and 17) is Forest Service Road 2649 (may be labelled Scott Creak Road, Narrow road, Log trucks weekdays). Turn right onto 2649 and stay on it. Road 2649 makes a loop ... bear left and go clockwise around the loop. Let scouts out just east of Irish Camp Lake. If you have gear to unload, watch for the gate (which leads to Brucker's Camp) on your left. Use low gear coming back down.

Milage: Eugene to camp, 73 miles (2 hours tavel time).
