How does Incorporating Shows Enhance the Event
GOALS
Have everyone that attends the event want to put on a show in their Lodge or Section
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE SESSION
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
For this session you will need the following:
Physical Arrangements
A Large Auditorium or Theater which has a seating capacity of 200+, and enough room for a screen large
enough to display visual aids for all attendees. Sufficient power capacity will be needed to maintain all
equipment
OTHER ADVANCE PREPARATION
Prior to the arrival of participants:
Ensure that all equipment is working properly.
